    We are looking for real hunters who are hungry to build a powerful pipeline. Consultants who can take an inbound lead, and while in front of the check writer, listen to the true needs behind their problems. Closers who consistently earn a signature based on future value and then network that opportunity to close additional deals at other clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Meet or exceed requirements for quarterly quota numbers
    • Identify, prioritize, and contact check writers at large and midsize targets
    • Develop and maintain highly productive sales pipelines through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
    • Create and own persuasive presentations for prospective clients through online and in person demos
    • Work with implementation to hand off closed deals
    • Provide feedback on what additional product features and sales information is necessary to close deals

    WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME?

    • 7+ years successful software sales experience
    • Strong capability to navigate a complex sales cycle, with an average annual recurring revenue of $55k-$75k/year – or an average total contract value of $250k – $500k
    • Solid understanding of solution based selling (Miller Heiman, SPIN selling, etc) with a formal sales training course completed
    • Powerful consultative sales skills that quickly earn trusted advisor status with check writers
    • Ability to learn complex information and relate it to prospects through quantifiable benefits – ALM or workflow software sales experience is a major plus
    • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
