QUALITEST is looking for AN AUTOMATION TEST ENGINEER (C#) IN SAN DIEGO, CA THAT CAN BE WORKED PERMANENTLY REMOTE

• Utilizes automated testing tools to build and execute tests
• Coordinates with business teams, development teams and vendors to determine testing and test automation coding requirements
• Designs, codes, and tests, test automation components for complex or cross-functional systems, sub-systems or other technical solutions
• Identifies multiple solutions and determines best approach to solve complex test automation opportunities with systems and software
• Analyzes and recommends test automation tools
• Accountable for on-time completion of tasks
• Facilitates conversations between developers, testers, business, product owners and stakeholders
• Serves as liaison to other teams to help them implement test automation and QA strategies
• Demonstrates expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of technology & actuarial sciences
• Present status to the project stakeholders
• Analyze data and further related analysis
• Review data, assessing cultural relevance, linguistic quality, and product fit
• Work with engineers for advanced algorithm/functionality development
• Diagnose and report incorrect results
• After 30 Days - Understand Understand the existing automation framework that supports Dynamics Understand the CCT project Identify high value test cases to automate
• After 60 Days - Plan Work with team to prioritize high value test cases Identify what needs to be added to the framework to support CCT test cases Implement any framework augmentations to support automation effort
• After 90 Days - Engage Automate high value, prioritized, test cases Implement project in Jenkins so that tests can be run on build and deploy or on demand
• Document and demo final work product to teams to enable them to contribute their own automation

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to review and understand an existing Dynamics CRM/selenium/POM automation framework well enough to contribute to it
• Experienced developing automation scripts / framework in C#
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics
• Work independently on the project, seeking support and guidance as needed
• Developed automation for a CRM system previously
• Understand the concepts and benefits of the Selenium Page Object Models
• Understand source code control tools
• Be able to participate in code reviews
• Able to prioritize manual cases for automation and implement innovative enhancements to framework to support needs Expectations
• Outcomes Maintainable, well documented suite of automated tests relevant to the project Demo and handoff to enable the teams on the project to contribute their own automated tests Automation tests set to run in available, lower environments
• Person Need Able to work in a large, cross-team project
