Job Summary We're looking for an outgoing, fun and compassionate personality who is willing to back up our caregivers as well as some Community Relation efforts. Responsibilities include networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Follow and/or help develop marketing efforts

Plans and creates community opportunities

Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory

Identifies new business opportunities

Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness

Qualifications

Computer knowledge- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases (training available)

Familiarity with social media platforms

Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance

Strong time management and planning skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Detail oriented

Able to work independently and remain self-disciplined
