Job Summary
We are seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to provide mobile crisis response services to individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies in the community. QMHPs will respond to crisis situations, conduct assessments, provide de-escalation and stabilization services, and coordinate care to ensure safety and appropriate follow-up.
** Must have Mobile Crisis Training Certificate **
Key Responsibilities
Respond to behavioral health crises in the community, homes, or other settings
Conduct crisis assessments and risk evaluations
Provide immediate intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services
Develop and implement short-term crisis plans
Coordinate with emergency services, hospitals, law enforcement, and support systems as needed
Complete required documentation and crisis notes accurately and timely
Participate in on-call or after-hours crisis response rotations, if applicable
Qualifications
Must meet QMHP eligibility per state and licensing requirements
MUST have Mobile Crisis Response training
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, or mobile services preferred
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks
