    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs or QMHP-Ts) for positions in the following programs... Intensive In-Home (IIH) services for youth and families. This position focuses on crisis intervention, therapeutic skill-building, and emotional support to help children remain safely in their homes and communities. Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) to adults and/or youth. This position focuses on empowering clients to improve emotional regulation, communication, and daily living skills in their natural environments. Mobile Crisis Response/Community Stabilization team. This role involves responding to community-based crises, conducting risk assessments, providing de-escalation, and linking individuals to continued services. • Schedule: Flexible / On-call • Compensation: Per call or billable hour Responsibilities: Intensive In-Home (IIH) • Deliver individual and family counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis stabilization • Develop and implement individualized service and safety plans • Provide 24/7 crisis response and follow-up support when needed • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners to promote progress • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per DBHDS and Medicaid standards • Participate in supervision and required training sessions Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) • Provide structured skill-building and therapeutic interventions in the community • Support clients in goal setting and progress toward increased independence • Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning when needed • Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers • Maintain timely and compliant documentation Mobile Crisis Response/Community Stabilization • Respond promptly to mobile crisis calls in person or virtually • Perform crisis assessments and develop safety plans • Deliver short-term stabilization and crisis counseling • Collaborate with peers, law enforcement, and community partners • Complete, thorough, timely documentation Qualifications: • QMHP or QMHP-T certification • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a human services field • Experience in crisis intervention or community mental health preferred • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule • Strong documentation and time-management skills • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health • Strong interpersonal, crisis management, and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
