Job description

We are hiring QMHPs to work in various programs, as our company continues to expand. You will be a part of a team that goes out into the community, providing mental health support services to adults who live with serious mental illnesses. Assertive Community Treatment: QMHP QMHP-T

This is an hourly full-time position where you will be working Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and require additional on-call availability. You will be responsible for completing treatment plans and daily progress notes.

Staff are required to have the knowledge, skill and ability required to carry out rehabilitation and support functions. This may include skills restoration and care coordination.

Clinical staff will support the individual with required services within the scope of their credentialing and expertise.

Clinical staff will attend treatment team meetings, as available and will document all interactions with client.

Clinical staff is responsible for having a working knowledge of DMAS, DBHDS and MCO rules and regulations.
