If so, Qualified Property Solutions is looking for a highly motivated, highly driven person who has the drive to be a self starting, top performing salesperson. This individual will be tasked with identifying, locating, negotiating and contracting investment properties on behalf of the company. Sales experience is required. The ability to learn the art of real estate acquisition is a must. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their properties. Building rapport with prospects is paramount. You must be very comfortable talking on the phone and in person with potential sellers. Many leads will be provided to you, however, you will be expected to generate your own leads in addition to those provided. You will go on seller appointments at their properties and speak with the sellers directly. You will need to be extremely personable, build rapport and ultimately gain the seller's trust. This position offers a base salary plus commission, with the option to move to straight commission after an individual proves their ability to perform. The harder you work, the sharper your sales skills, the more money you will make. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. Top producers in our company can expect to earn over $150,000 per year. Responsibilities: • Procure a minimum of 8-10 qualified properties per month for the company to purchase • Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database. • Meet with prospects who are considering selling their property • Prospect for new leads- motivated sellers wanting to sell their property • Continually fill sales pipeline with new business Qualifications: • Be coachable, teachable and willing to learn • Must have a "Bull Dog" mentality - Do whatever it takes to accomplish our objectives • Be committed to going the extra mile and serving our customers with excellence • Must be able to overcome objectives and negotiate well • Must be able to manage leads and ongoing follow ups with prospects • Must be self-motivated to bring in outside business • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff • Must be comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM) • Must be teachable and anxious to learn • High energy and a positive attitude will succeed Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly Commission Based
