We are looking for a highly motivated, highly driven person who has the drive to get the sale closed. Sales experience is required. Ability to learn the art of real estate acquisition is a must This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. So you must be very comfortable talking on the phone with potential sellers. Some leads will be provided to you, however, you will be expected to generate your own leads. You will go on seller appointments at their properties and speak with the sellers directly.  This is a commission based position, the harder you work, the more money you will make. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn the process. We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.  Compensation: 100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $50,000 - $150,000  (or more) per year. Qualifications: • Must be able to overcome objectives and negotiate well. • Must be able to manage leads and ongoing follow ups with prospects. • Must be self-motivated to bring in outside business. • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff. • Must be comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM). • Must be teachable and anxious to learn. • High energy and a positive attitude will succeed.
