CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACCOUNTING CLERK

GRAND RAPIDS

The Customer Service/Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Duties may include: Ecommerce orders, second or third-party systems for purchase orders and invoice entry, Accounts Receivable, pricing set-up/maintenance, EDI invoice submission and payment processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide office staff support, generate and distribute reports, maintain business information, and other departmental business support duties.
• Invoice entry for second and third party
• Process Direct Order Billing transactions
• Account Reconciliation and Pricing Maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent understanding of data administration and support functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
• Experience in MS Office, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment required
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Direct work experience in a sales or tele-sales capacity preferred
