CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACCOUNTING CLERK
GRAND RAPIDS
The Customer Service/Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Duties may include: Ecommerce orders, second or third-party systems for purchase orders and invoice entry, Accounts Receivable, pricing set-up/maintenance, EDI invoice submission and payment processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide office staff support, generate and distribute reports, maintain business information, and other departmental business support duties.
- Invoice entry for second and third party
- Process Direct Order Billing transactions
- Account Reconciliation and Pricing Maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent understanding of data administration and support functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
- Experience in MS Office, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Attention to detail
- 2+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment required
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Direct work experience in a sales or tele-sales capacity preferred
