    Job Description

    Summary: **** Develops, implements, analyzes, and maintains quality system procedures, reports, and data sets to ensure compliance to industry and customer standard requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

    • Works closely with all process owners in the development, improvement, and maintenance of Quality Systems procedures.
    • Performs internal audits and supplier audits to ensure compliance.
    • Hosts customers on required systems audits of the Quality System.
    • Organizes and maintains records of audit results, system approvals, certifications, procedures/forms, and quality system datasets
    • Tracks, reports, and performs verifications activities for corrective actions resulting from system audits to ensure timely response.
    • Tracks, analyzes, and reports quality system data to be utilized to monitor and improve system performance by management.
    • Facilitates Q-Stamp Program (operator certification): Applications, Testing and Training.
    • Follow all Senior policies and procedures.
    • Other duties with the work as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • Must have experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc..)
    • Experience in Quality Systems Administration, Quality system auditing, hosting customer audits, and prior experience in data analysis (ie Cost of Quality, Nonconformance Trends, Scrap and Rework reports and charts).Preferred

    Annual Target Salary = $75,000.00
