    POSITION: SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

    Minimum Experience: Bachelor degree in related field or 4 years of similar experience.

    Responsibilities & Accountability (but not limited to):

    This person must be extremely organized, disciplined, self motivated and show thoughtful initiative in improving customer relations both internal and external. This person will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating company holiday functions
    • Coordinating company gift programs for both internal staff & external clients
    • Manage digital filing structure
    • Manage digital drive organization
    • Update websites through content management tools.
    • Oversee web site success with Google analytics tool.
    • Assist in promotional order entry
    • Manage VIP, promotional, editorial & marketing product distribution
    • Coordinate travel for Executive, Sales & Marketing staff
    • Maintain calendars in Outlook & work management projects in Trello as they relate to events and marketing projects
    • Coordinate all company events
    • Coordinate all trade shows
    • Manage company social media sites
    • Organizing, planning & assisting in Sales & Marketing strategies
    • Working with Marketing Director & Sales Manager to create presentations
    • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing or New Media interns, assign & monitor the design or Production of projects.
    • Investigate industry news.
    • Function as Marketing primary administrative contact.
    • Maintain routine activities for Executives, Marketing & Sales including but not limited to: Arena Sports box, corporate plane activities and assist in maintaining corporate vehicle fleet maintenance and appearance.
    • Mush have driver's license with clean driving history.
    • Must be willing to have background check performed.

    Software requirements: Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Email, Calendar, Excel & Power Point).

    Software to have knowledge of or learn quickly: All Orders by Number Cruncher, Trello cloud based project management, Google Analytics & Web eCommerce.

    Minimum Experience: 4-5 years' experience as an executive assistant or project management coordinator or degree equivalent. An outdoor sports enthusiast, hunter, archer or marketing background is a plus.

    Personality: Must possess excellent time/project management and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task many projects from start to completion with excellent organizational skills.

    Position Reports To: Directly to VP with dotted line to Global Sales Manager
