REQUIREMENT: Quality Assurance Analyst – IBM Curam, Healthcare & Medicaid Testing Specialist Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid) Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field (OR 3+ years QA experience in lieu of degree).

3 years translating business requirements/policy documentation into test cases & scenarios.

3 years building test cases and scenarios into test systems.

2 years testing IBM Curam software.

Experience documenting & supporting test scenarios/cases and executing test activities.

Strong ability to publish reports, communicate open issues/gaps, and articulate findings to development teams.

Curam and Medicaid experience is desirable.

Preferred:

5+ years large enterprise or e-business systems experience.

Deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid).

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Experience with SDLC (Waterfall & Agile).

Technical or Project Management certifications (desirable).

Specific Skills:

IBM Curam Testing (Functional, Regression, UAT)

Test Case Design & Execution (Manual & Automated)

Business Requirements → Test Scenarios

QA Documentation & Defect Reporting

Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)

SDLC & Agile Testing Practices

Healthcare/Medicaid Systems Knowledge
