Quality Assurance Analyst – HealthCare - Medicaid Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Hybrid, Columbia South Carolina Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, healthcare or related field. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance can substitute for formal education.

5 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios

5 years building test cases and scenarios into test systems

3 years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes

3 years direct hands-on experience with formal test design tools; proficient in use of manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Skills:

Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources

5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience.

3+ years of prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & in AGILE delivery

Healthcare operations specifically Medicaid experience

Soft Skills & Abilities:

QA planning, test strategy, and test execution

Analysis of Business and policy requirements

Test case and test scenario development

Manual and automated testing

UI, regression, usability, negative, and reliability testing

SDLC traceability (requirements to test cases)

Defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution

Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence

QA documentation, reporting, and governance compliance
