    Join our growing team and contribute to upholding excellence in a professional, technical environment. We are currently expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to support our quality processes, certificate management, and daily operations.

    Position Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Quality Assurance Assistant to support our operations. This role combines quality assurance responsibilities (such as auditing, certificate processing, and compliance support) with administrative tasks (including equipment receiving/returning and customer coordination). The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and is committed to accuracy and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with quality assurance activities, including reviewing and processing calibration certificates for accuracy and completeness.

    Support internal audits, maintain quality records, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

    Receive incoming customer equipment, log details, perform initial inspections, and coordinate returns/shipping.

    Schedule calibrations, communicate with customers via phone and email, and track equipment status.

    Perform data entry, filing, and maintenance of calibration records in our database/system.

    Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries, preparing reports, and assisting the team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., quality, administration, or technical) preferred.

    3–5 years of experience in an administrative, quality assurance, or laboratory support role; experience in a calibration/metrology environment is a plus.

    Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards or quality management systems is highly desirable.

    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with database or inventory software a plus.

    Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

    Knowledge of industry standards like ISO IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.

    Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 30–50 lbs occasionally

    Veteran status is preferred
