The Quality Assurance Associate at FlowPlay is responsible for testing our Real Money Gaming, social casino, and other online gaming products to ensure a high-quality, bug-free experience for our players. This role involves thorough testing of new features, updates, and existing functionality across a variety of platforms and devices.
Execute test cases and scenarios for new game features and updates
Complete weekly maintenance checklists
Perform regression testing on existing game functionality
Identify, document, and report bugs using TestRail
Participate in bi-weekly game update testing cycles
Collaborate with developers and QA teammates to resolve issues
Test across multiple devices and platforms
Provide feedback on game usability and player experience
Assist in testing marketing materials and in-game events
Stay informed on game features and mechanics for comprehensive coverage
Clearly and concisely identify and report bugs
Meet deadlines for testing cycles and updates
Maintain strong attention to detail
Proactively identify issues or areas for improvement
Communicate effectively with team members and across departments
Basic understanding of software testing principles
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
General computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
