    🚀 Position Overview

    The Compliance & Training Specialist / Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring Augustine Angels meets all state and federal program requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality care. This part-time position oversees staff onboarding, training, documentation, and quality monitoring for statewide PAS operations.

    This role is remote and flexible, ideal for an experienced professional seeking a meaningful part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as the program expands.

    🧩 Key Responsibilities

    Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and background checks for new hires.

    Develop, schedule, and track initial and annual staff training (participant rights, emergency procedures, HIPAA, etc.).

    Maintain organized compliance and personnel files in accordance with Delaware DHSS standards.

    Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews and participant satisfaction surveys.

    Audit service records, timesheets, and incident reports for completeness and accuracy.

    Investigate participant complaints and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

    Support the Project Manager with compliance reporting and DHSS audits.

    🧠 Qualifications

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Services, Healthcare Admin, or related field).

    2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or staff training (home care or healthcare preferred).

    Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Must pass a background check per Delaware DHSS requirements.
