    Job Summary

    We are seeking a QA Engineer - Healthcare to join our team! As a Quality Assurance Engineer on the team, you will be working closely with many different teams and departments to support new product development, determine the best production processes, and improve current production processes to streamline efficiency. You will also train new operators and technicians on best practices, conduct internal and external audits with the company and suppliers, and troubleshoot problems as they arise. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, is comfortable working independently or within a team, and has strong attention to detail.

    Required Skills:

    8+ years of QA Testing experience.

    Strong Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Eligibility).

    Hands-on experience with Javelina and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) systems.

    Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Administration and user access management.

    Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting).

    Experience in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.

    Strong SQL skills for data validation.

    Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.

    Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare business processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Create and execute test cases and test plans.

    Validate healthcare claims and benefits workflows in Javelina.

    Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

    Coordinate with business and TPA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

    Test AD-related access controls and troubleshoot networking issues.

    Report, track, and verify defects through resolution.
