Our client, located just south of Minneapolis, MN. is looking for a QA Lab Technician to join its team ASAP.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with my client and will include their full benefit package.

The chosen Quality Assurance Lab Technician will help ensure our clients products meet their customers standards. You'll use cutting-edge lab equipment to dig into data and help solve problems. The job combines quality, lab science and process optimization and you'll be the direct link between production and performance.

What are we looking for?

• A hands-on, mechanically minded person
• At least a High School Diploma or GED with a BS being a big plus
• Any previous experience with lab equipment. Think spectrometers, optical microscopes and/or CNC equipment. All those would be nice plusses.
• Someone that wants to build a career...not just a "job"
