Responsibilities: • Oversee multiple roofing and construction projects simultaneously to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. • Conduct detailed inspections of job sites, ensuring workmanship and safety requirements are met. • Communicate directly with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Partner with project managers, crews, and sales staff to ensure all work is completed efficiently and on time. • Provide clear documentation, reporting, and feedback on project quality and improvements needed. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience (roofing experience strongly preferred). • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles. • Team-oriented, organized, and committed to problem-solving and meeting deadlines. • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced industry knowledge or certifications a plus. Compensation: $65,000 yearly
