About the Role: Quality Assurance Monitor
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Monitor to support the integrity and effectiveness of our Independent and Supported Living Services. This role involves direct observation, service evaluation, staff support, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and state and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and evaluation of ILS consumer support services
Carry a light client caseload and provide direct support services
Review daily logs, assessments, and progress reports to ensure goal alignment and quality outcomes
Conduct regular home visits and observe service delivery in real-time
Perform consumer interviews and satisfaction surveys
Ensure ISP documentation reflects targeted goals and progress accurately
Review case files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Monitor and report on ISP areas such as personal hygiene, self-care, vocational skills, transportation, and community integration
Identify and recommend improvements to strengthen daily practices
Support ILS Coaches by offering training, guidance, and resource tools
Submit monitoring reports, agency forms, and documentation in a timely manner
Participate in internal meetings, trainings, and compliance reviews
Report concerns such as fraud, misconduct, or abuse in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with administrative staff and maintain strong professional relationships with program partners
Maintain accurate time reporting and schedule tracking
Please Review the Following Qualifications Before Applying:
Associate’s degree (preferred) or 3+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Prior experience in quality assurance or service monitoring
Proficient knowledge of individual service plans (ISPs) and goal tracking
Familiarity with Title 17 and relevant federal/state requirements
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Must be at least 25 years of age
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements
