    Location:

    Nationwide Remote with access to KENTECH’s DHS-cleared administrative office or approved remote/home office locations.

    Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Program for all background investigations under this contract. The QAO ensures that all Reports of Investigation (ROIs) meet DHS performance, accuracy, and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Program.

    Ensure a two-tier review process for all ROIs.

    Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

    Coordinate with PM, DPM, and investigators to resolve quality-related issues.

    Ensure compliance with DHS policies, Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), and Personnel Vetting Investigative Standards (INVS).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 6 years in personnel security investigations or background investigations.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

    Skills:

    Knowledge of background investigation policies and procedures.

    Project or process management experience.

    Quality Assurance background with data-driven analysis skills.

    Active or favorably adjudicated T5 or HT clearance.

    Compensation: Compensation will align with federal QA standards and clearance level. Estimated Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year
