We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Team Member.
Quality Assurance in the Return Material Authorization Department
In this team you will act as a point of contact for RMAs reporting to the Director of Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Receive and process all product returns and repairs
- Providing status updates.
- Review and document product backlog/inventory
- Document and maintain measurables with continuous improvement.
- Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired products
- Utilize SAP system to manage the process
- Acts as the point person to coordinate between teams including manufacturing, sales team, quality and logistics.

- Efficiency with SAP.

- Knowledge of cost accounting principles, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong Excel and Access skills.
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP system – Visual a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across many levels of the organization, and on inter-site basis.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/equivalent experience.
Work Experience:
- 3+ years inventory analyst experience. Cost accounting experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience as scheduler or planner a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
- Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.
- Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.
