We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Team Member.

Quality Assurance in the Return Material Authorization Department

In this team you will act as a point of contact for RMAs reporting to the Director of Operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive and process all product returns and repairs
• Providing status updates.
• Review and document product backlog/inventory
• Document and maintain measurables with continuous improvement.
• Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired products
• Utilize SAP system to manage the process
• Acts as the point person to coordinate between teams including manufacturing, sales team, quality and logistics.

• Efficiency with SAP.

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong Excel and Access skills.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP system – Visual a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across many levels of the organization, and on inter-site basis.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years inventory analyst experience. Cost accounting experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience as scheduler or planner a plus.

• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.
