    About the Role The Goddard School is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Monitor to support our commitment to delivering a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood education experience. In this role, you will assess program quality across classrooms and operations, ensuring compliance with Goddard's standards and licensing requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct regular observations and evaluations of classroom environments, teacher-child interactions, and curriculum delivery

    Assess compliance with Goddard School standards, state licensing regulations, and health & safety protocols

    Document findings and provide constructive, supportive feedback to teachers and school directors

    Identify trends and areas for improvement; escalate concerns to regional or franchise leadership as needed

    Assist in developing improvement plans and follow up on corrective actions

    Participate in audits, accreditation preparation, and quality review meetings

    Qualifications

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

    Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

    1–2 years of childcare experience preferred

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

    Must meet background check requirements
