Now Hiring - Quality Assurance Specialist!

We need a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Santa Fe Springs. The ideal candidate will help ensure accuracy in inventory control, shipping, and operational processes.

EARN $18.50 – $19.50 AN HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

WORK THE DAY SHIFT FROM 5AM - 1:30PM

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing inventory accuracy tasks such as cycle counts, bin checks, and replenishments. You’ll also be expected to maintain accurate inventory reports and logs as well as:

• Reconcile returns due to mis-shipped freight.
• Coordinate the repacking of damaged items.
• Verify freight against accompanying paperwork and investigate and resolve overages, shortages, and damages.
• Report non-compliant freight as needed.
• Create and release wave orders to allocate inventory for picking.
• Monitor order processing to maintain production flow.
• Communicate customer-driven changes to the operations team.
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction records for all order types and verify billing system data for all orders.

To qualify for this Quality Assurance position, you must have:

• At least 1 year of inventory control, warehouse operations, or quality assurance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs.
