About the Role:

I’m reaching out regarding a Quality Assurance Regional Manager opportunity with a leading food manufacturing organization.

This is a full-time senior Quality leadership position overseeing QA activities across multiple manufacturing sites. The role is focused on food safety, quality systems, regulatory compliance, CAPA, audits, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and development of QA teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

10+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Management experience

Food, beverage, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or related manufacturing experience

Strong FDA, HACCP, and SQF knowledge

QA team leadership and mentoring

CAPA, root cause analysis, internal/external audits

Food safety and sanitation

SPC, quality KPIs, and continuous improvement

Experience partnering with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Operations

Multi-site Quality management experience is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field

Willingness to travel frequently between sites

US Citizen or Permanent Resident
