Responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience from the time an order is received to the customer receiving their product. This will include all aspects of the production process, establishing quality monitoring and tracking, assuring accuracy, and timely delivery.

Duties include:

• Monitoring quality of produced goods during manufacture and verification prior to shipping

• Assist in training of personnel and reinforcement of procedures to ensure quality

• Maintaining accurate and organized files for each job and its parameters

• Assist in relieving operators during break periods

• Perform basic process troubleshooting

• Continuous improvement of accountability in quality control

• Communication with customers to ensure customer confidence and meet customer needs
