Degree or certifications required?:

Bachelor’s degree in science (food science, biology) is required

Daily Responsibilities:

Go into the box to look through the complaints coming in, monitor and escalate where needed

Navigating emails

Going into the workspace to see the issues submitted by the baristas on the product issues

Organizing tickets

Go into the systems to pull the list of suppliers to pinpoint who needs help

Managing suppliers’ backend and documentation

Subject matter experts’ collaboration (SME)

Follow up on task completion

Interaction level with team:

Highly collaborative with cross functional teams

Working within a highly matrixed environment

Nice-to-Haves:

If they have experience addressing the food/safety

Entilex or supplier management program experience

If they came from a vitamins/ pharm area

PCQI training from FDA is very nice to have

Food Safety training, HACCP
