Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Specialist to support and elevate service standards across our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with teams, and ensuring work is done the right way every time.
You will play a key role in driving consistency, training employees, and maintaining high-quality cleaning standards across multiple sites. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in doing things the right way, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance
- Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections using cloud-based tools
- Perform client-facing audits to ensure service expectations are met
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, PPE, and chemical safety standards
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
Training & Development
- Lead safety and operational training for Account Managers and Supervisors
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of cleaning staff
- Reinforce proper chemical use, equipment handling, and site-specific procedures
- Ensure training programs are consistently delivered across teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Support timekeeping system setup (fingerprint enrollment as needed)
- Check functionality of time clocks during site visits
What We’re Looking For
- Operations background is a must
- Janitorial skills preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build relationships with employees and clients
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Problem-solver with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- High level of accountability and professionalism
- Working knowledge of janitorial operations, OSHA standards, and cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular travel between client sites required
- Extensive walking and active site inspections
- Ability to bend, stoop, and assess work conditions
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
