About The Role: AlxTel, Inc. Is Seeking A Dedicated QA Tester With Strong Knowledge Of Government Software Testing Standards To Support A Mission-Critical Licensing Platform Used By Agency Personnel, HR Officers, And Compliance Investigators. This Role Requires Precision, Thoroughness, And An Understanding Of Workflows Involving Criminal Record Data, Identity Documents, And Regulated System Access.

Key Responsibilities:

Create And Execute Detailed Test Plans To Validate Complex Application Workflows Involving License Submission, Fingerprint Processing, Investigative Approval, And Batch Release

Conduct Functional, Regression, And Performance Testing Across Multiple Roles And User Scenarios (E.G., HR, Manager, Investigator, Director)

Ensure Data Integrity And Traceability Of Uploaded Documents, Criminal History Results, And Approval Histories

Validate External System Integrations Such As MS Dynamics Accounting, CJIS, And PACER Case Data

Support Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring By Verifying Uptime, Recovery Processes, And Backup Success

Ensure System Functionality Complies With State Standards For Accessibility, Audit Logging, And Data Validation

Log Bugs, Verify Fixes, And Conduct Pre-Release And Post-Deployment Validations

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ Years Of Experience In Software QA Testing For Web Applications In Government Or Highly Regulated Domains

Familiarity With Background Check Systems, Fingerprint Processing, And Legal Document Workflows

Experience Testing Secure, Multi-Role Systems With Form Validation, Document Upload, And Status Tracking

Strong Understanding Of Defect Tracking Tools, UAT Coordination, And Accessibility Compliance

Excellent Written Communication For Reporting, Traceability, And Knowledge Base Contributions
