As a Quality Auditor, you will report directly to the Lead or Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance for all outbound shipments. In this position, you will ensure products are thoroughly audited and inspected prior to shipment, helping deliver excellence to customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations.

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with weekly pay at $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits and inspections of products prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality expectations are consistently met

• Verify operational processes are followed in accordance with company standards and procedures

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including company policies and OSHA regulations

• Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances or quality concerns in a timely manner

• Monitor the quality and condition of outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Prioritize workload effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently or escalate issues through the proper channels when needed

• Support business needs by working overtime or weekends as required

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting

• Basic technical, computer, and math skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
