    Job Description

    Quality Behavioral Health is looking for a full time Client Services Representative and Case Manager with good people skills to work in their Pomeroy Washington office. Previous consumer service experience, agency affiliated certification, and computer skills are required. Full-time position with competitive benefit package.     CSR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Initial contact for confidential agency services.
    • Direct inquiries/requests for services and information on multi-line telephone and by direct contact.
    • Maintain clinical/medical records and perform data entry.
    • Attempt to contact clients that are scheduled for intakes.
    • Check all new and existing clients for current Washington State Medicaid coverage in Provider One.
    • Enter client initial information in computer, obtains financial information (insurance, Medicaid, private pay, etc.); updates address and telephone numbers.
    • Assists clients with paper work for intakes, financial forms and tests.
    • Receipt in payments-cash, checks, received by mail or by client in person.
    • General clerical duties utilizing PC and other standard office equipment
    • Restock brochures in display areas, help maintain bulletin boards.
    • Other duties as related to front office management etc.
    • Keep supply closet stocked with basic supplies for staff as needed.
    • Maintaining HIPAA regulations on all faxes and copies. .

    CASE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Securing or coordinating Agency clientele to provide intensive case management, linking clients to multiple pathways of basic life needs
    • Clientele will include those suffering from mental health issues, housing problems, sexual assault, and addiction
    • Other necessary supportive services to facilitate client resiliency and recovery
    • Work as needed with clients' families, significant others and community caregivers to help maintain the clients in the community and to be supportive and act in the best interest of the client.
    • Request, as needed, the consultation of specialists to provide specific assistance in working with any specific population requiring specialized knowledge
    • Participate with the primary therapist and other staff involved in the treatment of the client.
    • Maintain adequate case management records under the supervision of the Program Manager for the Child & Family Mental Health Services, including periodic review of the client chart'
