YOU'LL BE A FIT FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

• Associate degree or equivalent of 2 years of experience in customer service.

IN THIS POSITION YOU'LL:

• Using telephone, calculator, PC, written procedures and product knowledge for proper orders.
• Making decisions regarding order priority, pricing, modes of transportation, product identification, product sourcing, etc.
• Answering pricing and product inquiries, order and item status received via email, telephone, FAX, and mail from customers, dealers, and subsidiaries.
• Processing emergency orders.

TO GET HIRED AT QUALITY CONSUTING GROUP, YOU MUST BE:

• Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with dealers, customers, subsidiaries, U.S. divisions, and outside service companies (banks, transportation companies, freight forwarders).
• Experience using a PC.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ZDCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (i.e., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct).
• Effective working in teams to achieve the department’s objective.
