Legal Intake Pros seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Associate to join our Quality Control team. This role focuses on Dashboard Lead Docket audits, ensuring accurate lead management, task execution, and data integrity across intake teams. You’ll be responsible for assessing lead follow-up activity, monitoring timeliness and documentation, and supporting performance improvement across assigned law firm partners. Responsibilities: • Conduct weekly Dashboard Lead Docket audits to evaluate the completion, timeliness, and accuracy of follow-up tasks, lead statuses, and documentation. • Review task management practices to ensure that intake specialists are proactively tracking leads, preventing lead leakage, and documenting all next steps appropriately. • Identify gaps in follow-up cadence, overdue items, and misaligned lead statuses. • Document audit findings in Scorebuddy using structured scorecards and provide clear root cause tagging to enable trend analysis. • Share observations and audit results with the Coaching Team to support targeted training and performance coaching. • Collaborate with Quality Process Managers to continuously refine audit processes, tools, and reporting. • Stay aligned with firm-specific requirements, industry best practices, and Legal Intake Pros' quality expectations. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in quality control, compliance, or intake auditing (legal services preferred). • Familiarity with Lead Docket, Filevine, or other intake/docketing systems. • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organizational accuracy. • Strong written communication and ability to document audit findings clearly. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and CRM systems. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting (Slack, Zoom, etc.). • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
