    Position Summary

    Responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability of our solar panel products produced at the manufacturing facility. Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections and tests, analyze data, and drive continuous quality improvements.

    Bila Solar’s products enable installations on low load-bearing roofs, curved surfaces, and other locations where traditional solar modules can’t go. In 2023, Bila Solar announced plans to enter the US market through establishing a new, world-class solar manufacturing facility at a former Eli Lilly plant in Indianapolis, IN. Production began in early 2025.

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Assist leaders in analyzing, addressing, and improving product quality problems.
    2. Meet internal and external customer quality needs.
    3. Continuously improve product quality for customer satisfaction.
    4. Collect and analyze internal data; assess data collection/analysis processes; evaluate accuracy of data collection and reliability of data analysis.
    5. Create and monitor the implementation of quality management procedures for new products to ensure that new product quality levels meet predetermined targets.
    6. Perform Root Cause Analysis for both finished goods and in-process products.
    7. Create and propose improvement plans as needed.
    8. Ensure that quality monitoring and measurement equipment receives proper maintenance and calibration.
    9. Prepare and generate quality control and failure analysis reports.
    10. Assist in developing the facility's Quality Management System; actively participate in internal and external audits; complete all corrective action requirements in a timely manner.
    11. Develop an internal R&D function to assess current and propose products/suppliers/processes

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirement : MS in Mechanical Engineering with one year of experience in job offer or as manufacturing process engineer.
