role will involve assisting in the training of new recruits, traveling to various locations to cover for inspectors on paid time off (PTO), and providing support in areas where we are experiencing challenges. Additionally, Focus on building and maintaining relationships with office staff while offering daily assistance to current inspectors.

This position also includes overseeing a team of inspectors to ensure that quality control standards are met by conducting regular inspections and developing effective inspection protocols.

Developing and implementing inspection procedures:

Creating detailed inspection protocols and guidelines for the team to follow, aligning with company standards and industry regulations.

Managing inspection team:

Hiring, training, and supervising a team of inspectors, assigning tasks, and ensuring they are adequately skilled to perform inspections effectively.

Conducting regular inspections and audits:

Performing routine onsite quality checks and processes.

Analyzing inspection data:

Reviewing inspection reports, identifying trends, and using data to pinpoint areas for improvement in the production process.

Collaborating with other departments:

Quality assurance teams to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and prevent future issues.

Maintaining quality standards:

Ensuring adherence to established quality control standards and regulations, updating procedures as necessary to reflect changes in industry requirements.

Performance evaluation:

Assessing the performance of inspectors, providing feedback, and identifying areas for further training and development.
