    Job description:

    Overview (sheetmetal and CNC) We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspection and analysis. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing processes (sheetmetal and CNC).

    Responsibilities

    Must be able to read and understand blueprints fully. (Notes, dimensions, Material, finishes ETC)

    Must know how to use Microsoft excel.

    Must know how to preform FAIR inspections and fill into excel.

    Must know how to use inspection tooling, calipers, high gages, radius gages, thread gages, etc

    Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

    Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to perform precise measurements.

    Analyze data collected during inspections and document findings accurately for reporting purposes.

    Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes.

    Implement quality control procedures and standards in alignment with company policies.

    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

    Experience

    Proven experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing (sheetmetal and CNC)environment is preferred.

    Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies is essential.

    Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and CMM is required.

    Experience with data collection techniques and analysis is a plus.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.

    Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
