Job Summary: The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet established quality standards. This role involves examining materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining product excellence.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Inspection: Examine incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.​

• Testing: Conduct tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment to verify product specifications.​

• Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain detailed reports, and document any defects or non-conformities.​

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for quality improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions.​

• Compliance: Ensure all products meet company and industry quality standards, including safety and regulatory requirements.​

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality control are a plus.​

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing or production environment.​

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).​

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.​

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.​

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.​

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.​
