We are looking for a Quality Control Lead Inspector for one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. This is a long-term temporary position. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. 

Hours: First Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of garment inspectors, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee the inspection process, ensuring that garments meet the required specifications for quality.
• Identify any defects or issues with garments and work with PI teams to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, defects, and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and company expectations.
• Collaborate with the production and WH teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Identify and escalate any significant quality issues or potential risks to immediate supervisor / manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the inspection process and overall product quality.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Garment Inspector, Quality Control Inspector, or similar role in the garment manufacturing industry required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in textile factories or weaving companies required.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting (Words, Excel, Power Point).
