Responsibilities: • Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects, following the Army Corps' Three Phases of Control • Certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities • Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and minimize recurring issues Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • OSHA 30-hour • USACE CQM Certification • Experience with Procore and RMS • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF • Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Additional Qualifying Factors: As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results.
