Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and enforce the project Quality Control Plan in accordance with the Army Corps’ Three Phases of Control. • Verify that all submittals, plans, and specifications comply with contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing conducted by approved personnel or facilities. • Provide documented assessments and implement corrective actions to uphold high-quality standards and reduce the occurrence of recurring issues. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • OSHA 30-hour • USACE CQM Certification • Experience with Procore and RMS • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF • Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Additional Qualifying Factors: As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (following an accepted offer) and have satisfactory background check results.
