Quality Control Project Manager – Plumbing Lead with Purpose at OVC Plumbing & Drain – Serving Orange County Communities

Position: Full-Time Location: Job sites throughout Orange County, CA Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

OVC Plumbing & Drain is seeking a dependable and experienced Quality Control Project Manager to lead our plumbing installation teams across multiple planned communities in Orange County. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their leadership, enforces high standards of craftsmanship, and motivates crews to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site leader across multiple active projects in planned communities throughout Orange County

Coordinate logistics and schedules directly with clients, management, and the CEO to ensure seamless project execution

Train, lead, and support teams of plumbing installers, setting expectations and ensuring a high-performing, respectful jobsite culture

Oversee all phases of each project, from initial mobilization to final inspection, ensuring every step aligns with OVC Plumbing & Drain’s standards

Conduct thorough inspections throughout each phase to verify quality, craftsmanship, and code compliance—no cut corners, ever

Collect and verify installer time sheets, manage attendance, and ensure all team members represent OVC professionally in uniform and conduct

Promote safety culture by enforcing SOPs, safety standards, and jobsite protocols at all times

Maintain accountability over jobsite inventory, ensuring proper use, condition, and availability of all tools, materials, and equipment

Identify and resolve project challenges in real time, acting as the go-to problem solver for field crews

Monitor and mentor plumbing installers on best practices to improve skill, morale, and consistency across jobs

Communicate frequently with management, providing progress updates, photos, concerns, and improvement recommendations

Uphold OVC Plumbing & Drain’s brand, customer service values, and project vision at every client interaction

What We Expect

Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple crews and job sites

Prior experience in project management or field supervision in the service or construction industry

Excellent communication with installers, clients, and upper management

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
