Quality Control (QC) Manager – Federal Modernization Project
Butterfly Staffing is seeking highly experienced Quality Control (QC) Managers to oversee and manage the quality assurance efforts on a major federal modernization project at a secure government facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance and adherence to USACE/NAVFAC standards.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the full three-phase QC program.
Lead QC meetings, develop QC plans, and attend partnering sessions.
Perform and coordinate inspections with QC Specialists and subcontractors.
Review submittals and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
Oversee all testing and inspection activities, including coordination with Special Inspectors.
Maintain QC reports, certifications, and project logs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction; 2+ years in a QC Manager role.
Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and sustainability requirements.
Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
