What You’ll Do:

• Learn how to grade hardwood lumber from experienced professionals—training is provided!
• Help inspect lumber to make sure it meets quality standards before it goes to customers.
• Assist in sorting boards based on their grade and appearance.
• Work with other team members to make sure orders are accurate and complete.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior lumber experience required—we’ll train you!
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Reliable and hardworking, with a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail—you don’t need to know wood, but you should notice when things look different.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a physical, hands-on environment (outdoors or in a warehouse).
• Able to lift and carry lumber with proper technique and safety equipment.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
• Interest in building a career in the lumber or manufacturing industry.
