    Compensation

    $30-33/hr

    Top Skills:

    • ****Field Team requires to have the knowledge for Qualcomm tools like QXDM, QPST, XCAL.
    • KPI Analysis using tools like XCAP and QCAT.
    • Need to be comfortable in the field for majority of the time of the week executing test cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execution of the Samsung Internal Field Test Plan including Data Mobility, Call Processing, and Data Tput.
    • Execution of tests using Qualcomm/Samsung tools, primary log analysis for upper layers which includes registration procedures, RLF KPI Analysis, and Data Tput KPI analysis.
    • Reporting issues on Samsung Internal QC system and work with R&D to get the complete fix/analysis for this issue.
    • Testing requires candidate to be in the field for ~4-5 days per week executing the Field Test Plan.

    Soft Skills:

    • Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different groups within Samsung and also, if required, to work with carriers.
    • Needs to have hands on experience with different testing tools and some basic knowledge for analysis.
    • Need to be comfortable in the field for majority of the time of the week executing test cases.

    Hard Skills:

    • Field Team requires to have the knowledge for Qualcomm tools like QXDM, QPST, XCAL.
    • KPI Analysis using tools like XCAP and QCAT.
    • Basic knowledge for SIP call flow and Wireshark tool.
    • Additional skills can include having knowledge for Scripting language like Python and Perl.
    • Able to test in driving condition, and able to travel at any given moment

    Education and Years of Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • 1-2 years experience required.
