    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a growing manufacturing operation supporting both current production and a new facility expansion. This role is critical in driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead customer issue resolution from identification through closure
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions
    • Drive and manage:
      • SCARs (Supplier/Customer Corrective Action Requests)
      • CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
      • 8D problem-solving processes
    • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
    • Assist in maintaining and improving quality systems and documentation
    • Contribute to PPAP documentation and customer submissions

    Qualifications

    • 5–15 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or similar role
    • Strong background in:
      • Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
      • Corrective action methodologies (SCAR, CAPA, 8D)
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently

    Preferred Experience

    • Familiarity with ISO standards (highly preferred)
    • Experience with:
      • Gage R&R and capability studies
      • Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
      • Document control and calibration systems
      • PPAP processes

    Work Environment & Schedule

    • Monday–Friday, standard business hours (flexible start times available)
    • Occasional extended hours to support a 24/7 production environment
