We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to support product launches, drive root cause analysis, and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support new product introductions (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lead investigations into customer and internal quality issues.
• Act as an expert in metrology, GD&T, and testing standards.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver solutions.

Minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in quality engineering (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, problem solving, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Six Sigma tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic & international).
