_ _ About the Role:_ Dayton-Granger, Inc. (DG) has been designing and manufacturing critical aerospace systems for over 82 years, supporting major commercial and military aviation programs worldwide. From our fully integrated facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL, we deliver high-precision antennas, lightning protection, and electrostatic components with speed, quality, and reliability.
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with a blended focus on supplier quality, internal supply chain, and manufacturing quality processes. In this role, you'll ensure that materials—from incoming components through work-in-progress (WIP)—meet quality standards and do not impact production flow. You'll work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve issues, drive root cause investigations, and support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain.
This position is primarily on-site with limited supplier travel and a strong emphasis on internal quality controls, supplier collaboration, and production support.
