Job Description
The Quality Engineer will support driving a quality culture throughout the organization with a goal of zero escapes.
The candidate should be capable of identifying process specific problems, working with production, manufacturing, and engineering departments on developing, testing and implementing process solutions. The ideal candidate must be extremely hands –on, solution focused, and have good communication skills as they will be interfacing with all departments and levels of employees.
Guide to inspectors supporting and instilling the quality culture (upholding the quality culture-acceptable/rejectable mentality).
Assigned investigations related to customer escape risks.
Quality Clinic (but not limited to): * Consult for final inspectors
* **Containment**
* Support with rework job plans- creating and reviewing
Audits (but not limited to): * Conduct internal audits as necessary * Prepare and/or participate in conducting external audits (NADCAP, ISO, Customer)
Customer * Support Customer requests regarding Engineering & Quality * Customer Escapes & Returns - RCCA
