Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college or university pursing a Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial)
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Passionate about learning new coding languages and programs such as SAP, SQL, and VBA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role.
- Junior class standing and above
*This role will be onsite in Anderson, SC

- Ability to work effectively with floor/workshop personnel.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in interacting with people.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
- Exhibits a market/customer-oriented mentality.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines on assigned tasks, utilize project timeline tools, and effectively communicate goals and results.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Looking to develop practical, real business life experience working in a Manufacturing Plant.
- Good organizational skills, high ethical standards, sound judgement and initiative.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
