Our client is a made-to-order manufacturing facility located near Fountain Inn. They are seeking a technically strong Quality Engineering Manager with a degree and a strong focus on continuous improvement. This individual will thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a proven ability to lead, develop both people and processes, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the overall quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
• Lead quality initiatives across multiple departments
• Use data and audits to fill gaps and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Team player attitude to work cross-functionally with departments to resolve quality issues and streamline processes as needed
• Ensure compliance processes, including ISO 9001 and industry-specific requirements
• Analyze root causes of quality concerns and implement corrective actions to improve performance and throughput
• Build and develop the quality team through training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or testing environment; equivalent education and experience will be considered
• Engineered to Order
• ISO 9001 Compliance Management
• Supplier quality experience
