Potential to make over $100,000+Includes Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO • Must be able to work in office - Wixom, MI. • Please complete the DISC assessment Responsibilities: • Consistently contacting new and idol customers daily for freight opportunities via phone, email, or customer bid board; focusing on both short-term (ad hoc shipments) and long-term opportunities (upcoming projects or lanes) • Achieve current load goals and grow the account to increase loads • Develop clients to maximize growth in load volumes and profitability; seek out customers to understand their needs, clarify expectations, and accommodate them • Assist in requests for quotes, and pricing of both static and irregular shipments while being able to determine the viability of quotes • Ensure that Dispatch and Tracking Protocol is followed, taking responsibility for the accuracy of the entire operational process and creating customer loyalty • Cooperate with carrier team for tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery • Maintain monthly service reports and customer surveys providing valuable insights and recommendations to management • Work in-office Wixom, shifts starting as early as 7 AM Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer relations skills • A passion for driving growth and exceeding goals • Experience and strong understanding of both the customer and carrier side • Friendly and consistent follow-up and relationship-building
